The President of Finland, Alexander Stubb, stated on Sunday that Europeans need to draw red lines before entering negotiations regarding the conflict in Ukraine.
Stubb emphasized: "I think that in the past few months we have seen a gradual intensification of Russia's presence in Donbas." He added that Europeans must understand where the red line lies for them.
"We need to be clear before starting discussions about additional steps. In my opinion, this is very important," he said.
